ImagineCRM is a high-touch Salesforce Implementation Partner.  We create innovative technology solutions for nonprofits, foundations, and other social sector organizations.

ImagineCRM is a minority- and woman-owned company. We are located in Pasadena, CA and have been in business for 8 years with a team of 10 people.

Our mission is to improve the way our clients do business by creating processes that improve the accuracy and efficiency of their data.

Our core strengths lie in our understanding of nonprofits and foundations, our technical expertise, our ability to build strong relationships, and our high-touch responsiveness.

 

As Salesforce Implementation partners, we must meet certain requirements in order to maintain our status in the Salesforce ecosystem, including metrics like certified individuals on staff and customer satisfaction scores.

I'm the founder of ImagineCRM. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, I am an experienced Salesforce architect with a background working at large enterprise technology companies.

I love leveraging Salesforce to help nonprofits by solving their pain points & establishing successful operational processes.

 
Hannah Kahn

Hi! I’m Hannah.

In my role as Chief Revenue Officer, I lead the charge in driving revenue and fostering growth for our organization through strategic partnerships and cultivating strong client relationships and success.

Bringing over 15 years of trailblazing experience in revolutionizing philanthropic operations, I am passionate about leveraging technology to empower nonprofits and foundations. At ImagineCRM, I spearhead the development of innovative tech solutions specifically designed for the philanthropic sector, aiming to revolutionize how organizations operate and drive impact.

Prior to joining ImagineCRM, I played a pivotal role in driving digital innovation at Arnold Ventures, where I focused on enhancing evidence-based policy funding through strategic digital transformation and technology. My tenure at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative saw me pioneering grants management systems built on Salesforce, overseeing a staggering $500 million annually, and architecting groundbreaking systems and processes.

With a proven track record of advising foundations and high-net-worth individuals on effective giving technology, I am excited to share how ImagineCRM can empower your organization and its partners to achieve their goals.

As the Managing Director, I work with our clients to understand their business processes and ensure that our team delivers high-quality Salesforce implementations that are on-time and within budget.

I’m an experienced nonprofit technologist, with experience in marketing, fundraising, and digital technology. I love working with nonprofit and social enterprise organizations to help determine how to better integrate technology into their mission delivery.

I’m a former Foundation Executive and Foundation Consultant with 20+ years of industry and technology experience

I’ve previously led a Salesforce Non-Profit Customer Success Portfolio team and was assigned largest foundation customers while at Salesforce.

I am 6X Salesforce Certified: Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales, Service, Non-Profit Cloud and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Double Ranger

I am a Deloitte Alum specializing in discovery facilitation as it relates to digital transformation, change management, best practices and process reengineering

I am the Senior Advisory Consultant here at ImagineCRM. I am working with the leadership team to build the business capacity and to identify opportunities.

I have more than 20 years of experience as an operational leader in developing solutions for clients to meet performance & profit expectations. My background has allowed me to leverage grants management, finance, data analysis, technology and intuitive business knowledge to build my clients company capacity & operational success.

I’m a Salesforce Administrator at ImagineCRM. I work on customizations and enhancements that help align Salesforce to client's processes.

I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant who is passionate about Salesforce and the ease and structure it provides to help organizations scale up faster. I have a Master's Degree in Business Systems and PG Diploma in Full Stack development.
