Using Grantee Portal for scaling an organization

Client Name: Arnold Ventures
Services Offered: Grantee Portal

Project Background

Arnold Ventures (AV) is a mid-size philanthropy organization. AV had Foundation Connect and wanted to scale the platform. The organization was growing and other departments within the entity wanted to bring their processes in the platform. After evaluating various options AV decided to move away from Foundation Connect and migrate to a new instance of Salesforce. This change has allowed them to have full flexibility with the platform and scale across the organization.

What They Needed

  • Their staff was forced to adapt to the features vs. having features built based on defined processes.

  • They were unable to understand the customized automation that is included in the Foundation Connect product since it’s a managed package.

  • They had difficulty managing the administrative interface to modify the configuration of Foundation Connect.

  • They were not leveraging all of the functionality of the product.
