Celebrating 10 Years of ImagineCRM: A Decade of Growth, Impact, and Community

Ten years ago, ImagineCRM began as a simple idea—an independent consultancy run by our CEO and Founder, Daisy Garcia, a solo journey into the Salesforce ecosystem. There were no grand plans for a company, no roadmap for expansion, and Daisy wanted to help grantmakers do more with technology whilst being able to work from home and have more time with her children. But as the work unfolded, so did the vision. Opportunities emerged, inspiration took hold, and the mission became clear: to empower others to do good in the world, ImagineCRM was formed.

Today, ImagineCRM stands proudly as a Latinx- and woman-led organization that has worked on over 200 projects for more than 100 customers. The journey has been one of learning, growing, and building a community that thrives on collaboration, expertise, and a shared passion for impact using Salesforce.

A Business Built on Purpose and People

ImagineCRM was never just about technology. It was about building something meaningful—a company that prioritizes high-touch service, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to the communities it serves. The goal was to create a space where both the team and clients could grow, innovate, and make a difference.

One of the most powerful moments in this journey has been witnessing the transformation of a small team into a family and now into a thriving business. The early days were spent around a kitchen table, brainstorming, strategizing, and learning together. This symbol of unity and collaboration remains central to ImagineCRM’s identity. Even today, at team retreats, that sense of connection is rekindled—reminding everyone of where it all started and how far they’ve come.

Lessons Learned and Moments to Remember

For Daisy and the team, the last decade has been a continuous learning journey and sharing these learnings back with Grantmakers. Facing challenges, embracing new skills, and expanding expertise has been integral to ImagineCRM’s success. We like to think that one of the things that sets us apart is our spirit of curiosity, deep industry knowledge and adaptability, which has propelled the company forward, supporting our customers,  allowing us to evolve alongside the ever-changing Salesforce ecosystem, and leaps forward in technology. 

There have been unforgettable moments—first Dreamforce experiences, powerful keynote sessions, and spending time with groups in the eco-system which are passionate about helping nonprofits, foundations, minority groups - we are grateful for it all. These milestones have not only shaped ImagineCRM’s trajectory but also reinforced the belief that anything is possible with dedication and perseverance.

Looking Ahead: A Legacy of Generosity and Growth

As ImagineCRM steps into its next decade, the vision is clear: to continue growing as leaders, to cultivate a spirit of generosity, supporting our customers to get the very best technology so that they can reach higher and to inspire others to fulfill their missions. For Daisy and her team, leadership is not just about strategy and execution—it’s about lifting others up, sharing knowledge, and fostering a community where everyone can thrive.

As we reflect, standing back looking at the past 10 years, a heartfelt thank you goes out to the incredible team at ImagineCRM—past and present. This journey would not have been possible without your hard work, dedication, and belief in the mission.
