A Message from our Founder Daisy Garcia
Hello! We can’t believe it’s June already. Time has flown, as it’s been such a fantastic year for us. We hope it’s also been a wonderful start to the year for you!
Over the past six months, we have undertaken projects of all sizes and types to service the needs of our customers, helping them create an incredible impact in the communities they serve while saving them time and resources through Salesforce. We have continued to upskill our brilliant team and stay up to date with news and updates from Salesforce's leaders as they share the incredible impacts Nonprofit Cloud and Salesforce Grantmaking have been having around the world.
We are proud to say that we now have 20+ specially designed accelerators, designed to speed up the time it takes to implement Salesforce and constantly add value to our customer's Salesforce implementations, which have been making huge strides forward in how ImagineCRM delivers additional value to our customers.
The team and I love hearing about the impact that we’ve helped to create with our customers, and we were so delighted to host a grantmakers dinner in collaboration with Candid on the eve of Salesforce World Tour New York. A huge thank you to those who joined us; the conversations were incredible, and the energy for creating change was palpable! It was a fantastic evening.
Meet Hannah Kahn!
Hannah is a leader in grantmaking technology who has recently joined the ImagineCRM team. With a wealth of knowledge spanning grantmaking, technology, and more, Hannah has led IT, data, and systems at notable grantmaking organizations like Arnold Ventures and Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, guiding them through Salesforce digital transformations. Recently back from the London World Tour, Hannah is now ready to bring her expertise to your organization. Welcome aboard, Hannah! 👋👋
New Certifications
Our superstar consultant, Kate Eldridge is a newly certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant! Another expert on our team for your Nonprofit Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Our amazing developer, Jasneet Malik recently completed her certification as a Sharing and Visibility Architect, expanding her expertise in permissions, access, and security in Salesforce.
Updates to our Candid Connector by ImagineCRM
ImagineCRM has opened up the BETA release of our newest version of the Candid Connector by ImagineCRM.
We spent a lot of time thinking about how we could improve our Candid Connector for our foundation and nonprofit customers. Below are some of the features of the new connector:
Developed using Salesforce flows, to provide additional stability and longevity to the connector.
Built on a custom object, so you can map fields wherever you want in your instance (no longer dependent on Account object)
200+ Additional fields
Currently supporting Essentials, Charity Check PDF, and Premier API. More API's on the roadmap!
Ability to search for EIN by name of the organization if you purchase Essentials API
Additional API's on the development roadmap
