A Message From Our Founder Daisy Garcia
Hello! I hope it’s been a fantastic year for you thus far.
Over the past six months, we have taken on some complex implementations that have allowed us to expand in ways that will help us better support our customers. We have also stayed close to the continued work from Salesforce to bring the Nonprofit Cloud and Salesforce Grantmaking innovations to market.
In addition, we have worked to enhance several of our grantmaking accelerators, including our Candid Connector by ImagineCRM. We care about innovations and efficiencies that align with your needs.
We love seeing your success and learning how to support other Nonprofits and Foundations. Thank you for your partnership and continued collaboration!
Conference Season is Here
To kick off the season, ImagineCRM attended the Nonprofit Campfire hosted by Salesforce in New York City on August 16, 2023. These unique Campfires, tailored for Nonprofits, offer immersive, no-cost workshops that empower individuals to delve into and enhance their technology efforts.
By teaming up with Sputnik Moment, we proudly co-sponsored a delightful Happy Hour gathering, during which we had the pleasure of connecting with both our valued customers and promising prospects. This event marked an enriching opportunity to foster meaningful engagement and forge new connections within the nonprofit community.

Hi! I’m Brad.
I'm the new Director of Business Development at ImagineCRM. As a sales professional with a background working within the Salesforce partner ecosystem for the last 5 years, I create and maintain relationships with our clients and our trusted partners.
As a Salesforce advocate, I strive to fully understand the needs of our clients, so I can translate their vision into action items for our world-class implementation team. My goal is to make a lasting impact in the philanthropic space through technological innovation and enablement.
New Certifications
Our Salesforce Administrator, Jasneet Malik is now a Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, making her another one of our experts in implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud site applications.
Jasneet is also recently certified in Conga Sign—an eSignature application made specifically for Salesforce customers.
